Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 28, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Proza. By using Proza, joining the waitlist, or accessing any private beta experience, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Proza helps teams describe, generate, deploy, and manage internal software. The service may include early access features, beta functionality, generated code, integrations, hosted applications, and related support.

Because Proza is currently in development, parts of the service may change, be limited, or be unavailable from time to time.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you use Proza on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

We may approve, limit, suspend, or revoke access to private beta features at our discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Proza, including by:

  • Violating applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempting to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization.
  • Uploading malicious code or harmful content.
  • Using Proza to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Interfering with the security, integrity, or availability of the service.

4. Customer Content

You retain ownership of the prompts, data, files, and other content you provide to Proza. You grant Proza the rights needed to process that content to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content to Proza.

5. Generated Output

Proza may generate code, schemas, interfaces, automations, and other output. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using it in production or relying on it for business-critical workflows.

Generated output may require testing, security review, configuration, and operational oversight.

6. Third-Party Services

Proza may connect to third-party providers, APIs, infrastructure, or integrations. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Beta Features

Private beta and preview features are provided as-is and may be changed or discontinued. We may collect feedback and usage information to improve the product.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proza is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
